• Device Information: Push notification token, platform, operating system, device model, and app version for delivering notifications and ensuring compatibility.
• Feedback Data: Any feedback, ratings, or reports you submit to help us improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

AI & Data Processing

Your wardrobe photos and item data are processed by artificial intelligence to automatically categorize clothing, generate outfit combinations, and provide style analysis. AI chat conversations are used to deliver personalized fashion advice tailored to your wardrobe and preferences. We use this data solely to improve your Dolabi experience and do not sell it to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

• Authentication tokens are securely stored on your device using platform-native secure storage (Expo SecureStore).
• All data transmission between the app and our servers occurs over HTTPS-encrypted connections.
• Wardrobe images are uploaded securely using presigned URLs to Amazon S3 cloud storage.
• No sensitive data (passwords, tokens) is stored in plain text on your device or our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign-In: Used for authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon S3: Used for secure cloud storage of your wardrobe images.
• Expo Push Notifications: Used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• PostHog: Used for analytics on our landing page only, not within the mobile app.

Your Rights & Choices

• Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
• Location: Location access is optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time through your device settings.
• Notifications: You can manage your push notification preferences in the app settings or through your device settings.
• AI features: You can control how AI processes your data through the consent settings in the app.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, all your data—including wardrobe photos, outfit history, AI chat logs, and profile information—is permanently deleted from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Dolabi.ai is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
